Based on the standards set by China FAW Automotive Research Institute and Testing Center, the company carries out one continuous production model of “raw material ratio, new product design, mold manufacturing, product molding and assembly mounting”. In order to improve the research, development, inspection and performance test of the products, the company's laboratory has purchased more than ten special testing facilities such as the world-class AF3000 automatic air filter performance test bench, filter paper permeability tester, thermal deformation and Vica softening point temperature tester etc. The company has newly developed a fully automatic backflush air filter assembly. The air filter gasket is a chemical foam adhesive material developed according to the principle of polyurethane foaming. This material bonds the punched end caps of the steel plate for improved sealing and overall performance.
